M99m Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "m99m" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating under the domain m99m.bet, including all associated services, websites, and applications.
• "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account with m99m and is using our platform.
• "Account" refers to an individual user account registered on m99m, containing personal information, credit balance, and transaction history.
• "Credits" / "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in MYR (RM) available in the user's m99m account for betting purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free funds, or other benefits granted by m99m to members under various promotional programmes.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Platform" encompasses the m99m.bet website, mobile application, and all digital services provided by m99m.

Accessing or using the m99m platform, directly or indirectly, constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to comply with all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. This acceptance covers the following:

• Registering a new account with m99m
• Making a first or any subsequent deposit
• Accessing any games, Sports Betting, lottery, or platform content
• Using any m99m bonus, promotion, or rewards programme
• Contacting the m99m customer support team

M99m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to use the m99m platform, you must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Malaysian citizens, permanent residents of Malaysia, or individuals physically located in Malaysia who are not prohibited by local law from participating in online gambling activities
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any related gambling platform
• Registering only one (1) personal account and not sharing it with any other individual
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
• Not acting as an agent or broker for any third party when using your m99m account

M99m reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the m99m platform. Owning more than one account under the same user — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or using different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and all balances being forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and honestly:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or passport
• An active Malaysian mobile number that can be reached
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password

You are solely responsible for keeping your m99m username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. Please notify m99m immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via support@m99m.bet.

M99m accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only. m99m does not accept any payment methods from outside Malaysia:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (all supporting Malaysian banks)
• Internet Banking: FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, AmBank, Bank Rakyat, BSN, and more

The deposit terms and conditions for m99m are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 each transaction
• Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method and account tier (refer to your account details)
• All deposits must come from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted
• M99m is not liable for any delays caused by banks or payment providers
• Deposited funds do not accrue any interest

M99m members who wish to withdraw their winnings are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 each transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or eWallet used for deposits and registered in the member's name
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours on business days. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of office hours may be processed on the next business day
• M99m reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit
• Any remaining bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled
• M99m reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraud or platform abuse

M99m offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, live betting rebates, and special promotions for Malaysian public holidays such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Merdeka, Malaysia Day, and more. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. No bonus may be withdrawn without fulfilling the rollover requirements
• Each bonus type may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts
• M99m reserves the right to void or modify any bonus if misuse is detected, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to fulfil rollover requirements in an improper manner
• M99m reserves the right to terminate any promotional programme at any time without prior notice
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion and these general terms, these general terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing

All betting activities on the m99m platform — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, badminton, e-sports such as Mobile Legends and Dota 2), Live Casino, roulette, poker, table games, virtual sports, live matches, and lottery — are subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except in circumstances specified under the relevant game rules
• M99m reserves the right to void bets and issue refunds in the event of a technical error, service disruption, or circumstances beyond its control, such as match cancellations
• Any bet placed above the maximum permitted limit will be adjusted to that limit without prior notice
• Bets placed after an event has begun (excluding live betting) may be voided by m99m
• Match and game results used by m99m are based on recognised sources, and m99m's decision in any dispute is final
• The use of any automation software, bots, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in betting is strictly prohibited

• Deposit Limit: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a specified time period

• Self-Exclusion: Choose to self-exclude from the platform for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or permanently
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about the amount of time spent on the platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m99m platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Using false information, another person's identity, or falsified documents during registration or the KYC process
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity conducted through the m99m platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to conceal your actual location or access the platform from a restricted region
• Using bots, automated scripts, or technological tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or manipulate markets (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
• Any form of fraud, threats, or harassment directed at m99m staff or other users
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the m99m platform

M99m reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe when requested
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account)

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@m99m.bet. In the case of voluntary closure, any eligible net balance (after settlement of all pending bets) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

All content on the m99m platform — including but not limited to the trademark name "m99m", logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, audio, video, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of m99m or third parties that have licensed such content to m99m.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or modifying any m99m content without prior written permission
• Using the m99m name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes without official authorisation
• Reverse engineering any aspect of the m99m platform's software or technology

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, m99m is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform, including unexpected winnings or losses arising from betting outcomes
• Service disruptions, technical failures, or issues arising from factors beyond m99m's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the m99m platform

M99m's aggregate liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

M99m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When amendments are made:

• The amended version will be published on this page with a new effective date
• For amendments deemed material or significant, m99m will endeavour to provide notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms
• If you do not agree with the amendments, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure
